About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle our internal recruitment requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment in IT or Non-IT hiring and a willingness to learn about US & Domestic recruitment processes (guidance will be provided by our Account Manager).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and fulfill internal hiring requirements across departments.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the account manager for updates and feedback.
  • Learn and support basic aspects of US recruitment under guidance.
