Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager based in Mumbai. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with departmental managers to identify hiring needs, and ensuring the hiring process aligns with organizational goals. The role will also require maintaining a positive candidate experience and adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and candidate sourcing
- Experience in Screening, Interviewing, and Selection processes
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop Recruitment Strategies
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Familiarity with HR tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other recruitment software
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
