Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to help us develop and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, Website)

  • Manage and optimize our website for user experience and conversion rate optimization

  • Analyze website analytics and campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies

  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media and email marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

  • Should have basic knowledge about Amazon management, E-commerce, and marketplace management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
