Job Title- Lead Generation Specialist

Job Location- Rohini

Shift US Shift- (5:30 Pm to 2:30 Am)

Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive lead generation activities for our USA Campaign.

Responsibilities:

· Research and identify potential leads in the USA across various IT industries through Cold Calling, Linkedln Marketing, Email Marketing.

· Assist sales team in creating a sales funnel and taking it close to closures.

· Use various online platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, etc.) and any other social media to gather information and qualify leads.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure successful lead conversion.

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

· Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in lead generation or sales development in IT Service industry.

· Strong understanding of the USA market and business culture; prior experience working with US-based startups is a plus.

· Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and online research platform.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
