LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote (India)

Type: Full-time / Contract

Work Hours: US / Canada Shift pm to 5.00 am IST [India Time - Night Shift]

To expand our network and reach, we are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who can connect with potential partners, investors, and clients through strategic LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and influencers on LinkedIn.
  • Research target industries, companies, and individuals to build a qualified prospect list.
  • Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to generate interest.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Schedule discovery calls/meetings with interested leads and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Track and manage outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and other tools.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B sales outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to craft engaging and professional outreach messages.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
