Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to help us develop and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, Website)
Manage and optimize our website for user experience and conversion rate optimization
Analyze website analytics and campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies
Create and curate high-quality content for social media and email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Should have basic knowledge about Amazon management, E-commerce, and marketplace management
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
Excellent communication and project management skills
