
Customer Support Representative

Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptionally fluent English speaker (oral and written) with proven customer service and basic sales experience to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries, guide customers about our collections and watch brands, capture and track leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to convert interest into purchases.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Communication & Support
* Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate, engaging information on House of Rose jewelry collections and partner watch brands.
* Ensure every interaction reflects our luxury brand standards.
* Lead Management & Sales Support
* Record and track all customer leads in Salesforce.
* Pass qualified leads to the sales team and follow up to assist with closing opportunities.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to execute remarketing campaigns and drive conversions.
* Product Knowledge & Training
* Gain in-depth understanding of our jewelry collections and watch brands.
* Stay updated on new arrivals, special editions, and seasonal promotions.
* Customer Experience & Relationship Building
* Maintain warm, ongoing relationships with high-value clients.
* Provide after-sales support and proactive communication to enhance client loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills
* Fluent English exceptional verbal and written communication is non-negotiable.
* Minimum 13 years of experience in customer service and/or retail sales, ideally in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or watches.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills; experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage.
* Tech-savvy: comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and digital remarketing tools.
* Professional demeanor with a polished, client-first approach.
