Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Officer – Student Success to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with students, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, responding promptly to inquiries and guiding them throughout their journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure high-quality customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with partners, associates, and university representatives to ensure students have the necessary documentation and information for their studies abroad.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM systems, including updating information, recording communications, and tracking progress.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact students.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in a customer service (voice) or sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
