Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing support through various communication channels, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up to ensure resolution. Representatives will also be responsible for obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
