Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and driven individual for the position of Manager/Assist Manager - Business Development. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Field sales - actively meeting both existing and new Enterprise & SMB customers on a daily basis
  • Identifying and understanding customer requirements and working on providing suitable technical and commercial solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing their concerns effectively
  • Sending renewal notifications and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Achieving weekly and monthly targets, aligning with short and long-term growth goals
  • Being accountable for revenues, margins, and collections
  • Preparing and submitting commercial proposals for successful Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Gathering market intelligence and evaluating partners' needs and goals
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • MBA in Marketing/ Business Analytics

  • Proven sales and customer service abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
