Job Overview

We are hiring Business Development Managers to expand our cybersecurity business across enterprise and new-age organizations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, strategic client management, and effective positioning of cybersecurity products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cybersecurity solutions including network security, endpoint security, threat intelligence, cloud security, and more
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and events
  • Conduct solution demos and presentations for enterprise accounts
  • Participate in RFP responses and proposal development

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and key decision makers
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and account retention

Market Awareness & Strategy

  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, risks, technologies, and competition
  • Provide insights on market needs and competitive landscape to guide product improvements

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams for solution alignment
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
  • Represent the company in cybersecurity events, exhibitions, and industry forums

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products such as Firewalls, SIEM, SOC, IAM, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, etc.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets in enterprise technology sales
  • CRM proficiency for lead and pipeline management

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Consultative selling approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work independently

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: On-site
  • Alternate Saturdays: Remote
  • Day Shift
