Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solution Lead - Digital, located in Mumbai. The Solution Lead will oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing consulting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with various departments to deliver efficient, scalable solutions, managing project timelines, and providing technical guidance.
Role Overview
The Digital Solution will be responsible for reviewing, driving, and delivering end-to-end digital solutions by engaging with multiple internal and external partners. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise across digital applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, coupled with strong delivery management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Solution Leadership & Delivery
o Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions aligned with business goals.
o Review solution architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security protocols.
o Drive delivery excellence through structured project governance, milestone tracking, and partner coordination
· Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
o Act as the primary point of contact for digital solution escalations and strategic decisions
· Digital Applications & Infrastructure
o Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, analytics platforms, and custom solutions.
o Ensure robust infrastructure planning including cloud, network, and data center operations
· Cybersecurity & Compliance
o Integrate cybersecurity best practices into solution design and delivery.
o Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, DPDP, NIS2)
· Delivery Management
o Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Track KPIs such as SLA adherence, service availability, and customer satisfaction.
· Innovation & Continuous Improvement
o Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies.
o Foster a culture of innovation through incubation labs and digital champions.
Required Skills & Experience
· 10–15 years of experience in IT/digital transformation roles, with at least 5 years in delivery management.
· Proven track record in managing large-scale digital programs across applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
· Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data lakes, AI/ML, and enterprise
· Experience in vendor management, partner governance, and multi-stakeholder delivery.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
· PMP / Prince2
· TOGAF / ITIL
- ISO 27001 / CISSP / CISM (for cybersecurity exposure)
