Common Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Inbound Calls: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Product/Service Information: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases, often using CRM software.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Persuasion: A confident and persuasive attitude to drive sales and conversions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster relationships and build rapport with customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong abilities to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge for data entry and database management.
- Active Listening: Ability to listen attentively to understand customer requirements.
- Time Management: Multitasking skills to handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a telecaller, telemarketing, or customer service role is often preferred.
