Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to join our outreach team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand our programs, scheduling demos, and supporting their enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students across multiple verticals (EPT, Nursing, Studies, Language Test)
  • Share program details, schedule demos, and follow up via WhatsApp and CRM
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update daily activity reports
  • Coordinate with counselors and support enrollment documentation
  • Handle objections, resolve queries, and ensure a positive student experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or student outreach (education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based follow-ups
  • Target-driven mindset with attention to detail and discipline
