About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled International Travel Consultant with in-depth knowledge of international destinations and familiarity with travel portals such as GRN, TBO, REZLIVE, Hotels Beds, and other DMC networks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for curating bespoke travel experiences and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customized Itinerary Planning:

  • Curate personalized travel plans keeping clients needs in mind.
  • Collaborate internally to create and deliver customized itineraries that delight clients.
  • Advise clients on bespoke experiences that enhance their travel journey.

Booking & Operations Management:

  • Handle international online hotel bookings, resolving tour-related issues, amendments, sold-out situations, transfers, sightseeing, and payment discrepancies.
  • Manage book-out cases, last-minute bookings, and special requests efficiently.
  • Provide expert solutions to pre-travel and post-travel inquiries within deadlines.
  • Make reservations for tours, including hotels, coaches, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in negotiating exclusive B2B rates, increasing profitability.
  • Expertise in handling on-ground operations for seamless client experiences and positive feedback.
  • Proficient in travel portals like TBO, REZLIVE, GRN, and experience with multiple Destination Management Companies (DMCs) across various countries.
