Executive - Sales B2B -Tele caller (Travel, OTA, MICE Domain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers

via various communication channels, including phone calls, generate leads and connect with
B2B partners (travel agents, corporates, MICE operators, event companies, etc. to fixed meeting with regional sales team and KAM
- Promote

company travel products including holiday packages, hotel bookings, flights, and corporate travel solutions.
- Handle
inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries related to bookings and quotations

.
- Share

quotations, explain pricing and inclusions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservations team

to ensure smooth booking fulfillment.
- Update clients with special promotions, offers, and policy changes.
- Keep track of competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and conversion records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi mandatory; regional language is a plus).
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle client objections and provide quick resolutions.
  • Knowledge of
    domestic & international travel products

(flights, hotels, packages, MICE).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Odoo/ERP tools).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Desired Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience Tele Calling, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
