Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Sales professional based in Gurugram/Noida.The MICE Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and developing MICE proposals. Daily tasks include conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE tours & events. The role also entails maintaining accurate sales records and meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MICE Sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Skills in market research and proposal development
  • Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams for event execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the travel, event management industry,hotel sales is a plus
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, tourism or a related field is an added advantage
