Job Title: Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager Corporate Travel

Experience: 5+ Years

Reports To: Head Corporate Sales / Business Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise and mid-market corporate travel accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the travel domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for managed travel services.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor travel solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operations, account management, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to leadership.
  • Participate in industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2E sales experience in the corporate travel industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with corporate travel decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with travel technologies, GDS systems, and online booking tools (OBTs) is an advantage.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with TMCs (Travel Management Companies).
  • Exposure to selling travel technology platforms or hybrid travel solutions.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
