Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our corporate gifting division. The role requires building strong corporate relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing innovative and customized gifting solutions for employee engagement, client appreciation, events, and festive occasions.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Identify and approach potential corporate clients for gift hampers.

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams.

Present product range ( festive hampers, custom branding options).

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand corporate client base.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors / Master degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred).

5-8 years of experience in Corporate sales & Marketing, preferably in FMCG.

Good communication and good in Knowledge in Excel.
