**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment, targeting Concern departments, procurement heads, and agencies.
- Pitch and sell curated dry fruit gift packages tailored for corporate events, festivals, and employee gifting.
- Collaborate with the design team to create attractive, brand-aligned packaging options that enhance perceived value and customer appeal.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in premium gifting and packaging.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development or corporate sales, preferably in the gifting, (Packed food, or dry fruit industry).
- Understanding of packaging design trends and ability to provide input on visual presentation and branding.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and solution-oriented mind-set with a passion for premium products and experiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years’ Prior experience with corporate gifting around festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, Holi etc.).
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and trends.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
