Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Gifting Sales Manager, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Corporate Gifting Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the sales operations process and contributing to strategic planning and execution for the corporate gifting segment.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to effectively secure and convert new business opportunities
  • Hands-on expertise in Sales Operations for seamless sales execution and process improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited for corporate client interactions
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the luxury or gifting industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
