Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive – Gifting to join our sales team. This

role will involve direct sales of premium gifting products to corporate and institutional clients. The

ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for client needs and a solid

understanding of the gifting market.

Key Responsibilities


• Client Outreach & Lead Generation:

Identify and approach new clients in the corporate and institutional gifting segment.


• Product Sales & Presentations:

Pitch product ranges to clients, customize gifting options, and close sales independently.


• Order Management:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, timely deliveries, and

customer satisfaction.


• Seasonal Gifting Sales:

Focus on festive campaigns (Diwali, Christmas, etc.) with relevant products and personalized

gifting solutions.


• Client Relationship Management:

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business and long-term associations.


• Market Feedback & Reporting:

Share customer insights, product feedback, and competitor information to help refine

offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the gifting or consumer product industry


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to sell customized and volume-based gifting solutions


• Good understanding of packaging, product assortments, and personalization trends


• Comfortable using CRM tools and maintaining detailed client records


• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
