We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Zonal Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations in the
West region (Mumbai market)
. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in selling
IT products
in the Enterprise Sales along with strong leadership skills to drive a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IT products across enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Generate revenue in IT sector.
  • Build and manage a
    robust sales pipeline
    to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the West market.
  • Track, monitor, and report sales activities and team performance.
  • Establish and maintain
    long-term client relationships
    to secure repeat and new business.
  • Collaborate with
    internal teams
    for lead generation, pre-sales support, and solution delivery.
  • Support in the planning and execution of
    annual sales & marketing initiatives
    .

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of the
    IT & Enterprise Solutions market.
  • Proven track record of
    meeting and exceeding sales targets
    .
  • In-depth knowledge IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai/West region market.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Relationship-driven with strong client management abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business/Technology preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 4–10 years of proven experience
    in IT/Enterprise solution sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    generate new business
    and manage existing accounts.
