About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales function targeting large enterprises. This role demands a strong hunter mindset, deep industry relationships, and proven success in driving high-value cybersecurity solutions across complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive growth for IT security solutions across enterprise accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers, IT heads, and security teams.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting, presentations, and proposals to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate closely with the pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated with cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to provide thought leadership to clients.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the IT Security / Cybersecurity domain.
Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprises (BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, IT/ITES).
Strong network of industry connections and decision-makers in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Excellent understanding of IT security products like firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security, etc.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with an ability to manage and grow large accounts.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT
MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
