Role Overview

We are looking for a
B2B SaaS Sales Specialist
who can
generate, pitch, and close HR recruitment SaaS deals
with clients (HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Enterprises).

If you have experience selling SaaS products to
HR decision-makers
and can bring in business from clients like
Naukri, InfoEdge, TimesJobs, or similar HR platforms
, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams & CHROs across Delhi NCR.
  • Pitch GoodSpace AI's recruitment platform and demonstrate ROI to clients.
  • Drive full sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure renewals.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of proven
B2B SaaS sales experience
(preferably in HRTech / recruitment SaaS).

Strong network with HR professionals, TA heads, and decision-makers in enterprises.

Experience in
end-to-end SaaS sales cycle
(lead gen, demo, proposal, closing).

High-energy, target-driven, and excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Prior exposure to
competitors like Naukri, InfoEdge, TimesJobs, iimjobs, Foundit (Monster), etc.
is a big plus.
