**Job Title: Corporate Gifting & Packaging Procurement Executive**

**Job Summary**:
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Corporate Gifting & Packaging Procurement Executive**with experience in sourcing corporate gifts and packaging materials like **corrugated boxes, mono cartons and blister packs etc.**

Must have working knowledge of **printing techniques**such as **offset, screen, UV, digital and embossing etc.**and the ability to select the right method based on product, surface, and quantity. Excellence in **vendor coordination**, material quality checks, cost negotiation, and printing supervision are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Gift & Packaging Sourcing**
- Source a variety of corporate gifts and packaging materials such as **corrugated boxes, mono cartons, blister packs, bubble wrap, and paper bags,** ensuring they meet project and branding requirements.

**2. Vendor Management**
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for gifting, packaging, and printing. Build strong relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.

**3. Printing Coordination**
- Handle end-to-end coordination for printing methods like **offset, screen, UV, digital, foil stamping, embossing, and debossing.**Select appropriate techniques based on product surface, volume, and branding needs.

**4. Quality Assurance**
- Conduct quality checks on packaging materials and printed products to ensure they match approved samples, artwork, and company standards before dispatch.

**5. Cost & Delivery Negotiation**
- Negotiate rates and lead times with vendors to maintain cost-efficiency and ensure timely availability of materials and finished products.

**6. Internal Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams and designers for reviewing dielines, artwork, and final proofs. Ensure designs are correctly implemented during printing and packaging.

**7. Inventory & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and monitor inventory levels to avoid delays or material shortages.

**Required Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of **corporate gifting trends** and packaging materials
- Practical understanding of **various printing techniques** and surface treatments
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good sense of design placement and print quality standards
- Ability to **handle multiple orders/projects**simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic procurement **documentation and Excel**:

- Quality control and attention to detail in packaging execution

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate gifting, packaging procurement, or printing coordination
- Experience dealing with vendors in Delhi-NCR (especially in markets like Sadar Bazar, Chawri Bazar, Okhla, etc.) is a plus
