The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities● Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to resellers, corporate gifting, and direct companies. Providing samples and do display of products.● Lead Management: Identify, track, and nurture potential leads across different sales channels to maximize conversion rates.● Channel Management: Onboard and manage resellers, corporate clients, partners to expand market reach.● Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.● Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate buyers, resellers, procurement and product managers and marketing teams.● Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by negotiating contracts, optimizing pricing, and ensuring timely product delivery.● Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular sales reports to senior managementKey Requirements:● 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reseller management, corporate gifting and Direct companies.● Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for diverse clients.● Strong skills in lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management.● Experience in market research, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.● Familiarity with industry regulations and sales reporting.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
