Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate needs to Identify business potential, develop and expand client base in order to achieve sales targets.
- Candidate needs to Create, Acquire and Develop new Business across different Industries like Manufacturing, Service, FMCG, Pharma, Liquor and more.
- Manage relationship with Existing Clients, Key Accounts and Decision makers in Corporates in their Purchase, Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Product, HR and Admin Departments, who are responsible for corporate gifting, Channel Schemes, Reward programs, Promotional gifting and Bulk buying.
- Reporting directly to the Director, the candidate should have good relations in the Industry.
- Managing end-to-end client relationships from presentations, Product shortlisting, negotiations, achieving conversions to contracting to payments. Continuously focus on improving client satisfaction to create loyalty and repeat business.
- Candidate will be responsible for Monitoring the day-to-day sales and operations and responsible for the overall profit generation being profit center head.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills are required The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with Knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and relationships in Corporate accounts is must.
- Go-getter attitude, entrepreneurial mindset and work ethics.
- Should be presentable and confident to handle client meetings independently.
- Should have 2 - 8 years or plus of sales experience in Gifting Industry, Corporate Sales, B2b Sales, Institutional Gifting, Reward programs.
- Ready relationships with Purchase / HR / Marketing / Product managers is required.
- Female candidates within the age group of 25-30 years preferred.
- Candidate should be professional, organized, motivated, energetic & works well alone. The candidate needs to be highly motivated, disciplined and self- driven.
- Travelling is part of the job, proven sales track record will be preferred.
- Candidates having exposure to Manufacturing, Pharma, IT, BPO, Banking, Insurance, FMCG in Corporate Sales will be preferred
- Candidate with their own Vehicle & comfortable to travel within cities would be preferred.
