Our clients include fast-scaling startups, leading enterprises, and portfolio firms of top VCs.We’re now looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to drive new partnerships and help us scale our client base across India.Role OverviewAs a Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with HR leaders and CXOs. You will act as a consultative partner, helping organizations discover how Worko can solve their hiring challenges through technology and smarter sourcing.Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end B2B sales — from lead generation and outreach to closure and onboarding. - Build relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, and Talent Acquisition Leaders. - Pitch Worko’s platform and recruitment solutions with strong understanding of client pain points. - Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment ops, marketing, product) to deliver solutions tailored to each client. - Manage the full sales pipeline via CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and data hygiene. - Track performance, conversions, and growth metrics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Requirements- 1+ years of experience in corporate / B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, HR consulting, or recruitment solutions. - Proven experience in selling services or platforms to HR decision-makers (HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and a street-smart, go-getter attitude. - Self-driven, with a bias for action and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred Backgrounds- Experience in HR tech companies (e.g., ATS, job portals, recruitment SaaS). - Experience in recruitment/staffing agencies in B2B client acquisition roles. - Prior exposure to startup or tech ecosystems.
