Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities through effective hunting techniques to meet revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close deals with SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) across various industries.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for institutional sales growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise sales or institutional selling.
- Strong skills in corporate sales, field sales, and new client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
