We’re not looking for senior managers who prefer desk-based selling — we wanthustlerswho thrive on making calls, building relationships, and closing deals fast. If you love talking to people, are comfortable doing50–60 calls a day , and want to grow in a fast-paced international environment — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage theentire B2B sales cycle— from lead generation and cold calls to pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing Make 50–60 calls per dayto reach out to venues, corporate brands, and sponsors across North America Drivevenue booking dealsandcorporate sponsorshipsfor live shows, conferences, and entertainment events Build and maintain relationships with venue managers, marketing heads, and corporate decision-makers Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to develop and present customized sponsorship decks Update CRM regularly and manage your own pipeline independently RepresentMillennial Eventsin a confident and professional manner on calls and emails✅ Must-Have Qualifications1–3 years of experienceinB2B or inside sales , preferably in events, media, or marketing services Proven experience makinghigh-volume cold callsand handling outreach under pressure Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish communication skills Comfortable presenting on video calls and handlingNorth American clients Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining organized sales records Self-motivated, fast learner, and eager to grow in a high-performance culture⭐ Strong Assets (Nice-to-Have)Prior experience incall centers , telesales, or inside sales roles withheavy call volumes Experience selling sponsorships, event packages, or marketing services Familiarity withNorth American marketsor South Asian corporate networks in the U.S. or Canada Understanding of event industry dynamicsWork ScheduleMonday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Fully Remote – must follow Eastern Time Zone)Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is ideal forgo-getterswho’ve worked in fast-paced call or sales environments and enjoy closing deals through persistence and energy — not just emails.
