POSITION TITLE: CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE

LOCATION (Base): DELHI

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the building materials or construction industry. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

1) Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the corporate sector.

2) Generate business from Assigned or New Corporate Clients through Specification & Sales

3) Building and Managing Corporate dealer.

4) Receiving complaints & Organizing for Solution.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, architects, builders, and construction companies to drive business growth.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or any Graduate; B.E & MBA is a plus.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Computer proficiency - Excel - Report Preparation, Presentation draft etc.
