Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and helping them find the right solutions from our suite of services.

The first
3 months will be a training and onboarding period
, where you'll learn our processes, sales strategies, and the full lifecycle of tech product development.

During this training period, you'll be eligible for
commissions on successful conversions
.

After the training period, based on your performance, you'll transition to a
fixed salary + commission model
, with compensation
above market standards
for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking).
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the tech and strategy teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  • Continuously learn about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech,Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology, startups, and sales.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience or internships in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
