Job Summary:
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing teams, and driving business performance across multiple locations. The role requires experience in operational leadership within co-working, real estate, or corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:
Manage daily operations across co-working locations and real estate properties.
Implement and standardize operational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor facility management, housekeeping, IT, security, and vendor services.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Business & Financial Performance:
- Drive P&L accountability across multiple sites.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure operational performance.
- Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue generation opportunities.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
- Serve as the escalation point for operational issues or client concerns.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, and vendors.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop on-site operations teams.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations.
- Build a culture of ownership, efficiency, and innovation
Strategic Projects:
- Support business expansion, including launching new locations or services.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve member experience.
- Work on process automation, system implementations, and technology upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–8 years of experience in business operations, preferably in real estate, co-working, or corporate services.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with commercial real estate leasing or facilities management.
- Background in hospitality or high-end customer service environments.
- Knowledge of building management systems and compliance standards.
