Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in sales or business development and a passion for real estate. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and driving sales and revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to convert leads into successful deals.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:
