Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic goals. This role is ideal for proactive, target-driven individuals with a passion for sales and business development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (internships considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with Bangalore's property market.
