About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across both IT and Non-IT service lines. The ideal candidate should have strong client acquisition skills, market understanding, and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social platforms, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide suitable hiring or service solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and business goals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end business development activities including follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
  • Maintain updated reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services, staffing, or IT services market (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong networking ability and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms.
