Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will focus on B2B sales acquiring and managing business clients who need digital marketing solutions like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target businesses in need of digital marketing services.

Pitch customized marketing solutions to decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Heads, Founders).

Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, emails, calls, and networking events.

Understand business needs and propose strategic digital marketing plans.

Maintain a strong and healthy B2B sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

(preferably in digital marketing/advertising).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, Branding) and willingness to learn offline marketing strategies.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
