Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting the company's real estate projects to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and expand the client base.
  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the real estate market (residential/commercial).
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct meetings and property presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties or investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in real estate sales, business development, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and local property laws.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
