Open Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Associate / Executive

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Pitch products/services to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets every month.

HR Executive

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.

Maintain employee records and support HR policy implementation.

Operations Executive

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of internal processes.

Coordinate with departments for the timely delivery of services.

Track and report key operational metrics.

B2B Executive

Focus on business-to-business lead generation and partnerships.

Build relationships with institutions, corporates, and training partners.

Customise offerings to meet client needs and close B2B deals.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred for Business Development & HR roles).

0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms is a plus.

Compensation

Salary: Upto ₹17,000-₹40,000/month

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month (Performance-based)

Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Week Off: Tuesday
