We’re looking for a Manager - Business Operations who
- To be responsible for end-to-end Procurement process
- To be responsible for the operational efficiency of the process and will be measured on metrics like Fill Rates, Lead Time, Variances etc.
- To build the centralized operations team responsible for engaging with select vendors and understanding their internal processes, challenges, and capabilities.
- To be responsible for understanding the hurdles in Company & vendor processes,analyzing the challenges, and solving for them by aligning stakeholders, defining
business guardrails, and executing them with product and operations teams.
- To analyze Company processes against best practices and benchmark against
industry
- To identify cost optimization opportunities in one or more areas
1) Covering purchasing category management
2) Direct materials procurement, contracts / services & administration
3) Inventory management
- To evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- To ensure purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents are in place and updated when required
- Identify new vendors, work with existing suppliers, and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality, and compliance.
- Help the company maintain the desired Gross margin by Procuring accordingly
**REQUIREMENTS**

- 4+ years of experience in Procurement Processes & activities involved in a reputed e-commerce company
- Proficient at Data Analysis, Modelling & dashboarding using Excel, SQL
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plan and take them to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
- Willing to travel to vendor locations to develop mutual understanding of the
metrics and processes
- Must be a proactive & passionate learner and a self-motivated individual with
proven ability working with people at varying organizational levels & able to grasp
new technologies quickly
- Customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
