Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Operations Intern located in Bengaluru. The Operations Intern will assist in day-to-day operational tasks, support project management activities, conduct market research, develop reports, and assist in sales operations. The intern will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic, operational, and product-related initiatives across departments.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user analysis to support product and business decisions.
  • Work with the founding team on business expansion and product development projects.
  • Support client servicing, onboarding, and process automation improvements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and review decks for management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market research
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Sales operations
  • Understanding of Operations Management and Project Management principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
