Business Development Manager
to join our sales team, sell our services, handle client acquisition and relationship building, with a focus on the
EMEA market
.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the
EMEA region
. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough research, networking, and targeted outreach specific to the
EMEA market
.
Inbound Sales Management:
- Handle and convert inbound inquiries from EMEA-based clients into qualified leads and sales.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing tailored solutions that align with their specific needs and industry standards.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients in the EMEA market.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing EMEA clients to drive repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs, providing solutions that ensure long-term success.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, balancing client requirements with company profitability.
Geographical Awareness:
- Stay informed about the geography, market trends, and competitive dynamics of the EMEA region to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Understand the cultural and economic factors influencing the EMEA market to enhance client engagement and sales success.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the EMEA region.
- Conduct research to identify potential market segments and target audiences for the company's services in the EMEA.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing and research teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Share valuable feedback and insights with internal teams to improve service offerings and boost client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve their performance and contribute to overall team success.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth, focusing on the EMEA market.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement specific to the EMEA region.
Eligibility:
- Minimum of
3 years of experience
in business development or sales within the market research industry. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies, industry trends, and client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales tools and platforms.
