Shift Timings- Weekly Offs: 6 Week Offs per Month (Rotational)

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Drop Provided)

Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Leave Benefits: 18 Leaves per Year after Completion of Probation Period

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive – ELD Process, you will assist US-based clients, truck drivers, and fleet managers with ELD-related queries, installations, and troubleshooting. The role requires excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills to provide technical support and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding ELD device setup, app usage, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide accurate technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and mobile app concerns.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer logs and case reports in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Address and resolve customer grievances with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide clients through ELD compliance, log reporting, and configuration processes.
  • Escalate complex cases to Level 2 / Technical Support when required.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with FMCSA regulations and product updates.
  • Meet departmental KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and call quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months–2 years in Customer Support / International BPO (ELD or US Trucking process preferred).
  • Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mobile apps, GPS devices, and troubleshooting steps.
