We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Survey Process Team. The role involves conducting telephonic surveys in Hindi and Bengali, recording accurate responses, and ensuring a positive interaction with respondents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers/respondents to conduct surveys in Hindi and Bengali.
  • Collect and record accurate information during the survey process.
  • Ensure clear communication and maintain a polite, professional tone.
  • Follow the script provided for surveys while engaging respondents naturally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for survey completion.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader regarding survey responses and challenges faced.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.

Note-
