Shift: Night Shift (US Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading technology-driven sales and customer service company specializing in global outbound processes. We are expanding our ELD (Electronic Logging Device) Sales Division for the US transportation and trucking industry and seeking energetic and persuasive telesales professionals to join our high-performing team in Kolkata.

Job Summary:

As a Night Shift Telesales Caller – ELD Sales, you will connect with trucking companies and independent drivers across the United States to promote and sell ELD devices and compliance solutions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to truck owners, fleet managers, and logistics companies in the US.
  • Present, promote, and sell ELD devices and FMCSA compliance services over the phone.
  • Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate ELD packages or plans.
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales confidently.
  • Record call activity, lead status, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on warm leads and provide basic after-sales assistance when needed.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on FMCSA regulations, ELD guidelines, and compliance updates.
  • Maintain professional and ethical communication to uphold company reputation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months–2 years in Telesales / International BPO / US Process (ELD or trucking sales experience preferred).
  • Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic computer operation, CRM usage, and call management.

Work Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in US night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST).
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain energy throughout the shift.
