We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of **Customer Support Executive** for a **US Insurance Voice Process**. This is a full-time, office-based position located in **Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata**.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle calls from US-based clients, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This is **not a sales job**, and there are **no targets** - it’s purely support-focused.

You’ll be part of a professional and growing team with **fixed weekends off**, **rotational shifts**, and **attractive salary packages**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with queries and provide solutions
- Maintain call quality and follow communication guidelines
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
