**Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Tech Mahindra Vodafone eSIM Process**

**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Service Executive for the Tech Mahindra Vodafone eSIM process, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Vodafone customers regarding eSIM activation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries related to eSIM activation, account management, and technical support.
- Assist customers in navigating the eSIM activation process, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass with basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
