We are looking for a dedicated Customer Tech Support Representative with a strong background in
biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related medical science field. This individual will play a key role in assisting our customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and solutions, ensuring a seamless experience with our cutting-edge medical diagnostic products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site interactions.
● Address customer inquiries about product functionality and troubleshooting.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
● Document customer queries, resolutions, and feedback systematically.
● Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations for customers as needed.
● Assist in developing and updating user manuals and FAQs.
● Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product designs or processes.
● Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
● Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (Preferred).
● Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
● Understanding of Gujarati preferred.
● Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Available On-site.
