Female Candidate has to give support from Office via, Telephone, Chat and Email.

Primary Job

  • Providing technical support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.
  • Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients.
  • Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit.
  • Take remote desktop using any desk and help to solve software queries.
  • Good knowledge of Report Designing in Data report is an added advantage.
  • Software training will be provided.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software's
  • Troubleshooting, software and Windows OS configuration.
  • Candidate must be good with Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills along with pleasing personality.

Candidates with Software or IT background only apply.
